BELLAMACK
A builders forum was held on the 17th July 2009 to discuss the Bellamack project. Expressions of Interest are now being taken from Builders for the Display Village blocks for $180,000 inc GST. Details are attached. The first official land release date is Saturday 4th July 2009, where 50 residential blocks will be released to the market, all priced under $200,000.

What we do
The purpose of TCA is to further the interests of its members in all spheres of activity, particularly in the promotion of industry development and the delivery of business services to members.

- business support, expert advice, networking opportunities
