What we do
The purpose of TCA is to further the interests of its members in all spheres of activity, particularly in the promotion of industry development and the delivery of business services to members.
TCA aims to be recognised for a number of organisational qualities. We aim to be:
- a quality provider of information and services
- politically astute, credible and independent
- a valuable member of the community
- distinctly Territorian and
- a highly successful events management organisation
TCA's main objective is the promotion of the Building and Construction Industry in the NT through:
- access to government, representation on all major industry committees
- political lobbying on issues affecting the construction industry including builders licensing and Home Warranty Insurance
- industry training, information seminars
- business support, expert advice, networking opportunities
- a cost effective training and employment alternative through TCA People
