TCA People
As a business within Territory Construction Association, TCA People is a scheme that allows companies to participate in traineeships of a business, retail or off-site construction. This is a cost effective training and employment alternative with the following benefits for employers:
- Trainees are employed by TCA People and are then placed with a ‘host’ employer.
- The host organisation provides supervision and training for the trainees, to enable them to attain qualifications and competencies in their chosen vocation.
- TCA People trainees are signed with the NT Employment Training Authority which allows your company to meet a number of training requirements for Government Contracts.
- By using TCA People, less time and money is spent on the recruitment, management, and development that would be originally expended by your company. We recruit and advertise for trainees to suit your company and your needs. Additionally, TCA People is responsible for making the necessary payments and paperwork.
- TCA provides mentoring and support for both the trainee and the host employer. TCA People conduct bi-monthly site visits to ensure any problems or difficulties are resolved quickly.
